I really wanted this app to work

:
I love Women's Health magazine, so I was excited when I saw this app. However, this app does not work well at all- I downloaded the expansion packs and can't find the workouts anywhere. I'm so disappointed. What a waste of money.

Not worth it

:
Workouts are unorganized and too short (3-4 exercises per workout). App is not worth cost. I use a free app, iFitness, much more frequently and find those workouts and individual exercises much more practical. Plus iFitness is much better organized and easier to navigate.

Quite Useful

:
It's not a waste of money (close to the price of a magazine that only lasts a month anyway). You probably bring your iPhone to the gym to listen to music anyway so why not avoid bringing the magazine along too?! Also, if you really work out a lot you understand that there are days where your sitting at the gym, tired of your routines and looking around to see anyone with some exercise that you haven't thought of yet...this app is PERFECT for those moments. Also, if you're a beginner it's a good way to start figuring out what your body needs. However, don't follow each routine exactly as they plan it every time because then you may tire of it too quickly!
